- Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item within 7 business days.

- Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge.

- Timeframe: If the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
- Procedure: We will investigate the delivery issue with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
- Note: Please report delivery issues to us within 60 days of your order date to ensure we can assist you.
